As a multi-national organization with a vast operational footprint spanning more than 160 countries, acquiring two additional entities presented a new hurdle to overcome. To streamline operations and improve efficiency, the client set its sights on consolidating the F&A systems of all three entities into one comprehensive system.

This undertaking was no small feat, as the project required the integration of disparate systems and the incorporation of region-specific nuances and diversified language support.

Leveraging TravControl, the finance and risk management pillar of WNS TRAVOGUE (WNS’ suite of services and solutions for the travel and hospitality industry), to adopt an agile service delivery model with a hub (India) and spoke (Spain and China) model, and an onshore delivery center for knowledge retention. Deploying industry-leading cost-to-serve and performance practices, we brought in transformation through innovation frameworks and robotic process automation to drive accelerated transition planning and execution. We established a vigorous program management setup to monitor and report the program’s health.

The three delivery locations supported 16 languages across the globe for the client’s end-to-end F&A operations. We also implemented business and operational metric measurement frameworks to monitor and ensure seamlessness and accuracy.
